1/2 pound ground chicken (or turkey)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 large egg
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix ingredients well by hand in a large mixing bowl.
Spread out mixture on silicon sheet or parchment paper on large cookie sheet in the shape of an oval or square.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-13 minutes until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
1 sliced green onion
1/4 cup pineapple bits
17-20 slices of turkey pepperoni
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup pizza sauce of your choice (pick low carb)
Spread pizza sauce evenly on cooled pizza crust.
Place toppings evenly on pizza sauce, finally topping with parmesan.
Return to preheated oven at 425 degrees for about 3-4 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool about 5 minutes.
Slice into 8 pieces if round or oval shaped, in 10 pieces if rectangular.
Try pesto sauce or olive oil and garlic sauce instead of tomato sauce. Toppings of your choice but beware the carbohydrates adding to this recipe will be the toppings.
